Franklin R. Felker, 59, of Orwigsburg, passed away Monday, September 18th, at his residence. Franklin was born in East Stroudsburg, PA on January 4, 1958, a son of Louise B. (Berger) Dybach, of Allentown, PA and the late Harold Felker. There will be no services at this time. Hamilton-Breiner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., Orwigsburg is honored to have served the family.
