Nicole L. Pester, 27, of Owl Creek Road, Tamaqua,, passed away Monday, May 9.

Born in Lehighton on Dec. 25, 1988, she was a daughter of Christine (Pradel) Alfaro of Tamaqua, and  James Nicholas Pester of Quakake.

She was a graduate of Tamaqua Area High School.

Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her mother's fiance, Jeremy Snyder; her father's fiancee, Lisa-Ann Terry; siblings, Brittney Ann, Jacob Nicholas and Emma Mary Pester, Jade Alexis Pradel and Savannah Chandel Alfaro; maternal grandparents Mary (Roger) Brode and Robert Pradel; paternal grandparents, James and Georgette Pester; maternal great grandmother; aunts and uncles, Natalie and Dave Wagner, Michelle Tirpak and her companion Jeff Shock, Lisa and Michael Avenoso, Colette and William Phillips, Brandon Brode and his fiancee, Elizabeth Ringlaben, Bruce Carroll and Sonia Brode; niece, Leilah; and nephews Daunte and Sylis.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Samantha Rose Durling, who died in 2015.

Service: Private. Interment, German Protestant Cemetery, Mahanoy Township. Hamilton-Breiner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Orwigsburg, is in charge of arrangements.
