Uncle Mike Breiner Obituary

Uncle Mike (King Crab) Breiner

68, of Tamaqua, passed away at his residence.

He was born on June 24, 1950, a son of the late Ethel (Ferryman) Willing.

During his life, King Crab was a commercial Fisherman in Delaware, and was employed by the Stroh’s Brewing Company, Breiningsville, and Hart Metals, Tamaqua. When not working Uncle Mike was either in a Pool Room, taking other people’s money or at the closest Beach he could find. He enjoyed his many trips to Jamaica and camping at Devils Hole, Lewistown Valley. In addition to his Mother, he was predeceased by 2 brothers, Bruce & Barry Breiner.

Uncle Mike is survived by a son, George Michael DeAngelo, husband of Heather, of Lehighton, PA and his brother, Kenneth Breiner, husband of Gail, of Orland Hills, IL. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and Friends.

There will be a “Going to the Beach One Last Time" Gathering from 5:00 to 7:00 on Wednesday, November 7th at Hamilton - Breiner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. in Orwigsburg. Uncle Mike will be laid to rest, with his Pool Cue, in St. Jerome's Church Cemetery, Tamaqua. Interment will be private.
