Catherine D. Haeseler, 64, of Auburn, PA, passed away Thursday, June 16th, peacefully, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. Born in Pottsville, PA on January 30, 1952, a daughter of Adelaide "Pat" Trabosh and the late Edward Stock. She was the wife of John (Jack) C. Haeseler. They married on May 6th, 1972. They enjoyed 44 years of marriage and recently celebrated their anniversary in Rehoboth Beach, DE in the sunshine on the boardwalk. Catherine, or Darlene, as many knew her, loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed family meals laughing around the dinner table, telling stories, reading and playing cards. Her granddaughter, Kaitlin, was the light of her life. She was very proud of her recent high school graduation. During her working years she cared for patients in their homes helping them through difficult times, but her favorite job was caring for her family. In addition to her husband Jack, Catherine is also survived by her mother, Adelaide Trabosh nee Schmitt, two daughters, Jennifer Haeseler Steiner, wife of Daniel and Heather T. Miranda, wife of Jose. A Granddaughter Kaitlin M. Miranda. Two sisters, Susan Ventura, wife of John & Patti Beatle, widow of John and a brother, Eddie Stock. A Celebration of Catherine's Life Service will be held at Hamilton-Breiner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., Orwigsburg, PA, at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 25th. Friends and family are invited to gather from 9:30 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.In lieu of flowers, Catherine requested memorial contributions be made to help others.
