CORRINNE  S.  SHOENER , 93, of Orwigsburg, passed away Tuesday, December 15th, peacefully, at Orwigsburg Center - Genesis Healthcare .

Born in Silver Creek , NY on April 13, 1922, a daughter of the late Sadie   May  (Ruttenbur ) Stearns  and Dana  Ellsworth  Stearns  .

She was the widow of Le Roy  A.  Shoener .

She was a Silver Creek Central High School Graduate , Class of  1940 and a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church Orwigsburg where she was very active in all activities at the  Church.

She was employed as  Machine Operator for H. L. Miller in  Port Carbon, PA. She worked for Classtex Mills before working for H.L. Miller then left HL MILLER and returned to Classtex Mills where she worked until she retire at 72 years old

Corrinne  is  survived by

Her daughter, Kathleen  Miller , of Orwigsburg.

Granddaughters Christine  L. , wife of  Stan  Delp , of Krum, TX; and Michele  L. , wife of  David  Davenport , of Schuylkill Haven.

Grandson  David  E. Miller, and his companion Kori Weiss  of Pine Grove.

7 Great Grand Children   and 2 Great Great Grandsons

She was preceded in death by 6 sisters   Elsie   Mosher,  Ethel Ortolano,  Grace Stearns, Ione  Mehner,  Juva  Greenough, June   Stearns-Moris  and 2  brothers    Vernon & Dana Stearns.

Religious Services will be held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Orwigsburg, PA, at 11:00 AM on Saturday, December 19th,  with Rev.  Lee A. Diefenderfer officiating.

Family and Friends are invited to call on  Saturday morning from 10-11:00 AM.  at the church.

Interment at Schuylkill Memorial Park, Inc. Schuylkill Haven.
