Dale Max Bolich Sr., 63, of Shoemakersville, passed away Thursday, February 17th, at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

Dale was born in Pottsville on September 30, 1958, a son of the late Inge Margaret (Trassert) and Clifford Austin Bolich.

He was a graduate of  Blue Mountain High School.   He worked as a truck driver for Rahns Concrete and had also been a security guard.   He was an avid outdoorsman and volunteered at both the Orwigsburg and Leesport auctions.

Dale is  survived by his daughter, Brooke Bolich, son Dale M. Bolich,Jr., and stepson Tyler Knowles.  He is  also survived by  sister, Connie Bolich-Calm, widow of  Richard,  brother, David Bolich, husband of  Roberta,  nieces and nephews Richard, Jennifer, Austin, Travis and Sarah, ex-wife Jennifer Knowles Bolich as well as his dog Chanel.

A religious service will be held Wednesday, February 23rd at 7PM at Hamilton-Breiner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., Orwigsburg.  The public is invited to call from 5 PM until the time of the service.   Interment  will be held at a later date.
