Doris J. Mack, 83, of Cressona, passed away Wednesday at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born in Annville, Nov. 10, 1930, she was a daughter of the late Emma Floyd (Moyer) and Arthur Ruth Hunsberger.

She was the widow of Alfred Mack, who passed away in 1990.

A 1949 graduate of Tamaqua High School, she worked in the textile industry.

She was a lifetime member of Zion's United Methodist Church, New Ringgold, where her father served as pastor for 48 years.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Eric K. Mack; sisters, Anna M. Hunsberger and Naomi R. Chapdelaine; and brother, Marco Hunsberger.

She is survived by three daughters, Pamela Mack, Sarasota, Fla., Lynn, wife of Tony Brignola, Schuylkill Haven, and Denine, wife of Tom Stutzman, Hegins; son, Kirk Mack, Auburn; and brother, Arthur Floyd Hunsberger. She is also survived by a daughter-in-law, Laura Mack; grandchildren, Kyle Mack, Courtney Church, Ryan Brignola, Veronica Forry, Katrina Noecker, Audra Mack, Kaitlyn and Ian Stutzman and Andrea Mack; and four great-grandchildren, Emilee, Elise, Hailey and Rory. Her granddogs, Gunner and Hershey, will miss her loving spirit as well.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. Family and others always came first. Her simple joys in life were spending her days reading her bible and eating ice-cream before bed. She was never without a smile on her face, no matter the circumstance. She will be loved and missed by her family and multiple church families.

Friends are invited to call from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at Zion's United Methodist Church, Hughes Street, New Ringgold. A funeral service will follow calling hours at the church. Interment will be in Drehersville Evangelical Cemetery, Orwigsburg.
