Helen M. Donetti, 88, of Orwigsburg, passed away peacefully Tuesday at Weston Senior Living Center at Pinebrook.

Born in Minersville, May 29, 1925, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Lillian Rouse Merlino.

She was the widow of James Donetti.

She was a member of St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Schuylkill Haven.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, William, Peter and Edward Merlino.

Surviving are a son, James A. Donetti, husband of Elizabeth, Deer Lake; daughter, Anna, wife of Dennis Umphrey, Pottsville; brother, Fred Merlino, husband of Cora, Zeilnopel; sister, Rose Marie, wife of Joseph Nebistinsky, Schuylkill Haven; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Hamilton Funeral Home Inc., Orwigsburg, has been entrusted with arrangements.
