Jeremy M. Drobnick, 39, of Schuyllkill Haven, passed away suddenly at his place of business on Saturday.

Jeremy was born to Randy M. Drobnick and Judy L. Drobnick on Dec. 13, 1974, at the Pottsville Hospital.

Jeremy attended school in the Schuylkill Haven Area School District and later became a machine operator for Shal-Met, Orwigsburg, and a diesel mechanic for West End Motors, Pottsville.

Jeremy pursued his passion for mechanical work and accomplished his dream when he opened his own business, Drobnick's Auto Repair in 2007. His goal was to help others while doing what he loved.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his companion, Marianne Sweigert and her daughter, Vicky; his three sons, Jeffery D. McMichael, Derec N. Kovach and Brandon M. Drobnick; his sister, Jamie Drobnick and her fiance, Thomas G. Rehnert, and their two children, Brayden and Avery; his grandmother, Myrtle E. Drobnick, and his grandfather, Eldon L. Stinnett.

There will be a memorial service at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Welcome United Methodist Church, Landingville, with the Rev. Dorris McCoy officiating. Friends are invited to meet from 5:30 p.m. until time of service in the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be may be sent to United Methodist Church, Landingville. Hamilton Funeral Home Inc., Orwigsburg, is entrusted with arrangements.
