Paul E. Schlear Sr., 83, of Orwigsburg, entered into God's care Sunday at ManorCare Health Services, Pottsville.
Born in Orwigsburg, April 1, 1930, he was a son of the late Germain I. and Mamie E. Schwenk Schlear.
He was the husband of Jane L. Kimmel Schlear.
He was employed as a crane operator at the former Dana Corp., (Parish Steel) Reading.
Paul was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Orwigsburg.
Services are at the convenience of the family and are entrusted to Hamilton Funeral Home Inc., Orwigsburg.
