Pearl M. Seigfreid, 86, of Orwigsburg, entered into God's care Sunday at Pinebrook Personal Care, West Brunswick, formerly of Station Road, Orwigsburg.

Born in Orwigsburg, Oct. 21, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Gurman and Mammie Schwenk Schlear.

Pearl worked as a folder for the former Clastex Knitting Mill.

She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Orwigsburg.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Seigfreid; and her sister, Lena Ruff.

Surviving are a daughter, Gail A., wife of David J. Wolfe, McKeansburg; a granddaughter, Erin K. Wolfe, Wilkes-Barre; and a brother, Paul Schlear, husband of Jane, Orwigsburg.

Religious services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Hamilton Funeral Home Inc., Orwigsburg, with the Rev. Joseph J. Scholtes Jr. officiating. Family and friends are invited to call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 9:30 a.m. until time of service Friday at the funeral home. Interment services will be held at Summer Hill Cemetery, Auburn. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 215 N. Warren St., Orwigsburg, PA 17961. Hamilton Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family.
