Roberta E. Sterner, 88, of Orwigsburg, passed away Friday, December 21st, 2018.

Roberta was born in Pottsville, PA on May 19, 1930, a daughter of the late Elsie Ann (Keifer) and Conrad F. Krell.

She was the widow of Ronald F. Sterner, Sr. .

During her life she was employed as a Floor Lady for various Textile Mills in the area.

Roberta is survived by

Two daughters, Venassa I., wife of James Caravan, Schuylkill Haven

Constance L., wife of Scott Coller, Cressona, PA

She is also survived by four grandchildren, Joseph Sterner, Reading, PA; Rebecca Stock, Cressona, PA; Rachel and Matthew Coller, Orwigsburg, PA. Nieces and Nephews

She was predeceased by her son Ronald F. Sterner, sisters Irene Dillman, Geraldine Kutz and Beatrice Deri., her twin brother Robert in 2018 and her brother Floyd C. Krell, who was killed in the Netherlands in WWII.

A Religious Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 27th at Hamilton - Breiner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. in Orwigsburg, PA with Rev. Kathleen Ash-Flashner officiating. Friends are invited to call from 9:30 AM until time of service.

Interment will be in Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven.
