William E. (Bill) Eidam, 78, of Orwigsburg, passed away Friday, June 9th, at Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network, Allentown.

Bill was born in Shamokin, PA on October 22, 1938, a son of the late Elizabeth (Johns) and William H. Eidam, Jr.

He was the husband of Marlene (Dunn) Eidam. They married October 24th, 1964.

Bill was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church Orwigsburg, and served in the US Navy. He worked as an Assistant Plant Manager at Craftex, Auburn, PA

In addition to Marlene, his wife of 52 years, Bill is survived by

Two daughters, Karen, wife of Richard Shoener, and

Beth, wife of Doug Webber. A son, Mark Eidam; sister, Carol Eidam; Sister-in-law Marie Eidam.

Grandchildren Caitlin, Lucas & Logan Shoener. Bill also has Nieces & Nephews in Florida. He was preceded by his brother Donald Eidam.

There will be no visitation. A Religious Service will be held at 7 PM on Wednesday Evening, June 14th at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Orwigsburg, with Rev. Lee A. Diefenderfer officiating. Private interment in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Shamokin.
