Barbara Ann Scheipe

Barbara Ann Scheipe, 84, of Wernersville, passed away Sunday, August 7th, at St. Joseph Medical Center, Reading. 

Barbara was born in Reading, on December 19, 1937, a daughter of the late Dorothy (Hickman) and Leon W. Scheipe.

She Graduated from Wilson High School. She was employed as an assembler for an electronics company in Reading. She was a member of St. John's Hains Church. She loved to sing in the church Choir. Barbara had a great love of flowers and preparing spectacular holiday feasts for her loved ones.

Barbara is survived by her daughter Suzanne Martin; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren and her brother, Reginald Scheipe, husband of Audelie. Barbara is also survived by her friend Al Arnold and three nieces, Marsha Stricker, Patty Ann Rose and Kathy Staples as well as four great nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Doris L. Ruppert and Evelyn S. Schindlebeck and a nephew Bobby Schindlebeck.

There will be a Graveside Service at 2:30 PM on Monday August 15th at St. John's UCC Cemetery, on Washington Street, in Orwigsburg.
