Freddie W.O. Kamp, 88, of Deer Lake, passed away Tuesday, November 21st, 2023 while in the company of family, at his residence in Auburn.
Freddie was born in Deer lake, on August 1, 1935, a son of the late Hannah Matilda (Brobst) and Fred Kamp, Sr.
He was the widower of Grace Mary (Hendricks) Kamp. She passed in 1986.
Freddie graduated from Auburn High School in 1956 and then went on to proudly serve his country in the US Marine Corps.
He was a member of Zion's Red Church Orwigsburg and retired from Reneer Films Auburn, after over 30 years of employment. Freddies interests include Woodworking,
Sapphire Band, The New Individuals Band, Camping and Traveling.
Freddie is survived by his daughter, Laura Ann Rogers, of Auburn and her Companion Ray Kline.
He is also survived by his grandchildren Amanda Kline, Wife of Jonathan Kline; Bethany Ahwireng; Kirk Rogers, Jr.; Joshua Rogers and Seven Great grandchildren Emmanuel, Brayden, Lilly, Gracelyn, Gabby, Landon & Kaiden.
Services are private and entrusted to the Hamilton-Breiner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. in Orwigsburg. In lieu of flowers, the family would greatly appreciate if donations would be made to either the Funeral Home or Zion's Red Church.
