James H. Freeman, Jr.

James H. Freeman, Jr., 82, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away at his residence, with his wife Sandra J. (Stein) Freeman by his side on Friday, January 5th, 2024.
He was born in Pottsville on April 12, 1941, a son of the late Elsie (Wyhe) and James H. Freeman, Sr.
James & Sandra were married on April 19th, 1998.

He was a graduate of Pottsville High School, class of 1959, and was a member of Welcome United Methodist Church, Landingville, He previously was employed as a heavy equipment operator and mechanic at Reading Anthracite.
In addition to Sandra, his wife, James is survived by his son, Patrick  Freeman, fiancé of  Alana Tallman of Frederick, MD, stepchildren David Kriner and Melodie Wildermuth; two grandchildren, two great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, James was predeceased by his son, James H. Freeman III , his sister Marilyn Mathias and his first wife, Patricia Wineland Freeman.
