Karen Stoudt, 81, of Orwigsburg, passed away Sunday, October 12th, unexpectedly, at her residence.
Karen was born in Orwigsburg on November 1, 1943, a daughter of the late John and Ethel (Weaver) Henry.
She was the widow of Arthur A. Stoudt, Jr.
Karen was a member of Salem United Methodist Church, Orwigsburg, and a 1961 graduate of Blue Mountain High School.
She worked at the former Penn National Bank in Orwigsburg, Classtex and Redners.
Karen was very outgoing and loved her job in the Express lane at Redners. She attended baseball games with her late husband. She was also a devoted mother and grandmother.
Karen is survived by a son, Michael A. Stoudt, husband of Renee M., of Orwigsburg, and a grandson Michael A. Stoudt Jr.
A religious service will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, October 18th at Hamilton - Breiner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. in Orwigsburg with Rev. Dr. ShinAe Kim officiating. The public is invited to call from 9 AM until the time of service. Interment will follow at Salem Evangelical Cemetery, Orwigsburg.
