Susan M. (Moore) Kramer

Susan M. Kramer, 69, of Orwigsburg,  beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister, passed away Wednesday, September 4th, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown.

Susan was born in Pottsville. on October 15, 1954, a daughter of the late Dorothy Marie (Faust) and Harry H. Moore.   She was the wife of Thomas  Kramer, they were married September 27, 1980. 

She was a lifetime member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Orwigsburg, and a 1972 graduate of Blue Mountain High School.    Sue worked in various secretarial and administration assistant roles.  However, her best performance came in the role of homemaker for her family.

Sue enjoyed family get-togethers, antiquing, supporting Blue Mountain Baseball, the Phillies, supporting Jubilee Ministries, word search puzzles, and the regional shopping trips her and Tom frequently made.   She participated in many church fundraisers and was known for her delicious chili.   However, "Nana's" greatest enjoyment came from spending time with and caring for her beautiful granddaughters, Gracie and Clara.

Sue related well to people and made friends easily.  She was kind and friendly, selfless, caring and a woman who made a memorable impact on those whose lives she touched.  She will be so sadly missed by so many.  Her family is thankful for her amazing influence and the love she shared with all. 

In addition to her husband Thomas, Susan is survived by her son, Jarrod Kramer, husband of Jena, and their children Grace and Clara; three brothers, David Moore, husband of Christine, James Moore, husband of Lori and Scott Moore, husband of Denise as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

An evening viewing will be held  on Monday,  September 9 from 6-8 PM at Hamilton-Breiner Funeral Home, Orwigsburg.  A religious service will be held at St. John's United Church of Christ, Orwigsburg,  at 11 AM on Tuesday, September 10  with Rev. Jeff Johnson officiating.  Visitation will begin at 10 AM     Interment will follow at Zion's Red Church Cemetery, Orwigsburg. Hamilton-Breiner Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with funeral arrangements.
